Tony Attridge is the Owner and CEO of The College of Health and Fitness (est. 2002). 

He has lectured at various Universities and Private Training Organisations for over 20 years in fitness, health, sport psychology and wellness.  He has been involved in the fitness industry since 1988 and is a Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Sport PsychologistSports Nutritionist and an Exercise Scientist.

Tony is one of only 30 professional strength and conditioning coaches recognised by ASCA.

He has worked with a range of gold medal winning Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth Games and National level athletes across a variety of sports.  He is also the co-author of Fitness Trainers Essentials published by Pearson Education which is now in its second edition and has presented at both National and International Conferences in the areas of Health and Fitness.
